Boot Camp is not your average workout. If your looking for just waking up and heading to the gym, and getting it done just to say you did….. Your on the wrong site! This is a high energy nonstop workout. This will take your body and mind to places you have never though possible. You will not plateau, you can not plateau, we will never let this happen! There are different levels of training for every body and we not only understand this, but we recognize it. As a beginner there will be plenty of room for advancement. If you consider yourself advanced than you know there is always more to go. Every workout is different the body needs change in order to perform. You can not do the same routine every day! Travel a different way home one day from wherever you are, the first thing you will realize is everything is different about it. Your body needs this change as well. One of the most important changes is the fuel your body burns. Throw some watered down gasoline in your car or maybe some sand in the tank and see how it performs. It won’t!
